There was issues with my furnace after Installation. The company was prompt to fix the issues after I called. The issues I had should never had arise. I would like to suggest that a senior tech should inspect the work after each Installation.
Bad experience, they installed the AC in our house 5yrs ago,already broke twice,the unit is still under warranty but they denied to cover the broken condenser saying it is our fault that we didn’t hire them for their extra cost optional yearly maintenance,the manager there named John, used the F word with us when we asked him to cover the warrantied parts! We already called them to fix it during June and paid too, it broke again now and he claims it’s our fault and we should pay them yearly to check up a brand new unit they ... read more
John had serviced my old furnace for the last couple of years. I was very pleased with the service and comfortable with his recommendation for a new furnace and humidifier. He and his partner installed the new one today. It's a remarkable difference. They were prompt, friendly, explained everything to me and cleaned up inside and out. This company has an excellent reputation in the community. I will continue to use them in the future.

We met with Tom and he was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough! We had Air Conditioning Engineers install an air conditioner, furnace, hot water heater and humidifier. Tom weighed the benefits of the different options to choose from and made the decision to move forward easy. They installation was very professional and really know what they are doing! Our home has never been more evenly temperature. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

They installed my unit 10 years ago they’ve come back yearly to service it. the service men are friendly and explain everything to you as they are going through the furnace or the air conditioner highly recommend this company.
I had some bad luck with the Spacepak air conditioner AC Engineers installed in 2016 but this company really stands behind their work! It took 4 visits to get things right but now my AC is running great. I appreciate that my followup service calls were handled with priority even though we are in prime season heat wave.
