My experience with Air Concept was quite poor. While the inspection was fine (though some items of concern were not noted), getting them out at the scheduled time was very frustrating. We had to have our option extended due to their lack of communication and inability to honor agreed-upon times. I wanted to have a better experience but was, unfortunately, left disappointed.
High, high praise for the entire Air Concepts team. Weekend emergency response was fast (within an hour) and the problem was identified right way and fixed. THANK YOU team Air Concepts. We are glad we choose "AC" for our AC needs.
The were friendly and courteous. When I reached out for information they responded quickly and efficiently. This helped me make informed decisions about how to plan for my day.
I love this place, Julie always comes to the rescue when we need someone to service our unit!! Prices are amazing but the customer service is equally amazing!!!
