I went in for an air filter on a 2475 compressor pump. They charged over $54 for this filter. Ingersoll Rand's retail price on this OEM filter is $46. That's a 15% markup above MSRP. They charge over list price/msrp for parts. Totally unethical, especially for an Ingersoll Rand dealer who gets steep discounts on parts. I couldn't imagine what they would charge for repair kits or other items. I will not use them again for parts or a new compressor and recommend you shop around.
Most of the good reviews are from employees told to review the company, the lastest one from Alex conveniently reviewed every branch. that alone speaks volumes of the integrity of this company.
Great Place
I rented an Air Compressor from Romie, and she was great. Always answered my emails and phone calls promptly. She expedited setting up a company account in 2-days (WOW!). I will definitely use them again.
