very disappointed – Very disappointed with their service. They screwed up an air conditioner maintenance, caused our basement to flood as a result, and promised to refund the cost of the service. But when it came time for our next maintenance, they refused to refund us as promised. I was shocked. Honestly, I would have kept using them if they'd taken responsibility for their mistake, because that's all it was, but they were nasty about it.
