I recently got home after a 600 mile drive and the furnace broke down when I raised the temperature. After some simple troubleshooting, I realized I needed to call in an expert. Mr. Guy had one of his contractors Zach at my house within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and had a part ordered for the next day. He also let me borrow a couple of space heaters for the night! Zach has came to my house a couple times to help out with trying to figure out my furnace issues. Every time he has came out he has been very helpful, kind, understanding, and been able to communicate what is needed to make my furnace do what it needs to do. If I could give this company 10 stars I would because they deserve it. 10/10 would recommend.
My parents needed their air conditioner looked so they looked around for local company in Blaine and they found Air Comfort Specialist to have look at it. All it needed was some freon instead of a new Air Conditioner. Zach filled it up for them it was quick and did couple more test and was done.
