If I could give a negative star(s) I would. We referred one of our loyal customers to them for electrical work and a 10% fee to be paid back to us. Instead of giving us our fee, they decided to hound us for the amount and then chose to write it off. The amount was under $200! We will NEVER send any of our customers to them again.
Fantastic service, I called in at noon. by 3:00 I got a call from the service tech, he said they would be there in 40 minutes, exactly 40 minutes later they rang the doorbell. They diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and had parts delivered within 30 minutes. They had the A/C up and running a short time later. Best part was it was covered under the 10 year parts and labor warranty. System is 6 years old, I have 4 more years of warranty, hope I don't need it but it's great to know if I do they will be here and fix it fast.... read more
I had my Spring AC tune-up this afternoon, Wednesday, May 24, 2023. I asked the service technician, Codie Philpott if he cleaned the coils (hosed down) the outside unit. He told me he had. I can hear when didn’t the outside water is turned on and running. I asked him a second time and explain that I can hear when the outside faucet is turned on and running. DON'T USE THEM! - They left me high and dry after the install. I am selling the house they installed a new system on last year, and in the inspection they found a rusted out, leaking plenum under the slab. Air Comfort did not make mention of this at any point. I ask them to put it over head in the attic but I was assured by Scooter (the salesman) that putting it upright like the old system was the best way to do it. Technician Steve Larson was out Recently inspecting my furnaces ensuring they are ready for winter. In my opinion Steve went above and beyond inspecting the furnaces. I have never had a technician be so thorough. He crawled from one side of the attic to the other corrected any minor issues he saw. I always receive top notch service with Air Comfort Solutions, however, Steve definitely rose the bar. Thank you.
