The gentleman I spoke with called me back within the hour and was incredibly kind, attentive, and informative. He took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. I’m still deciding who to go with, but so far, he’s leading in professionalism, kindness, and overall customer care. If you’re in the Bethlehem or Lehigh Valley area, I definitely recommend giving them a call—he clearly knows his stuff.
Joe and his team were very thorough and professional. From the initial consultation right to the end of the vent cleaning. The guys were in our house 4 and 1/2 hours. They left our house very clean! My wife and I are very pleased with Air Care and would strongly recommend them to everyone.
Air Care and Restoration did a very nice job mitigating mold we had growing in our duct system. They were professional, courteous and did everything they said they would do, we are very happy with the job!
I haven’t gotten any work done, so I can’t speak to the quality of service, but I will tell you that Joe took 28 minutes to speak with me after business hours about my concerns r/t possible mold in my upstairs bedroom, reviewing the step by step process of mold inspection and remediation. Air Care crew were fantastic. Took care of mold removal from a ceiling leak in a hot water heater closet and adjacent bathroom. Tore out damaged drywall and installed new. Explained everything they would be doing. Also coordinated working with a plumber to install new hot water heater.
