We built a new house and the contractor used this company… the heat has never worked properly and the owner will not answer or call back… we called Sparta Heating and cooling they came out today and guess what ….. they did not have our thermostat wired correctly…Our system has ran non stop for days with the house not heating… it is a SHAME we have to pay for another company to fix our problems when we are under warranty with this one…. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
