Excellent experience with Air Care. From my initial call with Caesar to accommodating my need for next day service, everything was professional and explained to me clearly. The cherry on top was Matt, the technician. He communicated his arrival would be within the time scheduled and it was. Even better was his knowledge and ability to answer all my questions. Service fixed my AC problem and took just an hour or so. Again, very impressive from start to finish!

I can’t recommend them highly enough. Sam was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. Sam arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC, and explained every step in plain language so I understood the options and got it fixed!
