Our AC stopped working over the weekend, they came out first thing on Monday and after trying to repair it was discovered that the unit needed to be replaced. We had guests coming in and the house was hot! They were able to install a new unit same day, stayed late to ensure the job got completed. Great service!!

Sam came beyond the agreed timeframe but he was updating me of his ETA. He was professional and was apologetic. He explained to me he was doing step by step and explained to me the problem. I paid $179 which already included the service call and a year membership which entitles me to service maintenance of my a/c unit, draining of the water heater and prioritized service calls for one year.
