They wrote my credit card info on the invoice. Next day I got a very expensive charge for food on the same credit card. Looked suspicious as I never patronized that food place. I had to cancel the card. Today they called for a follow up, said I was under contract. I never signed one. I did get my memory refreshed when I searched that out. When I called back the number they used was from a different company. Finally got the after hours person to cancel. I can't trust it wasn't them. Man what a great company I am amazed at Air Care's customer service. I have dealt with several other ac company's and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. Fast arrival time at my home, tech that speaks good English and explains stuff so I can understand it, and knowledgeable enough to repair my unit quickly.
