I just had the most absurd interaction with Bill, the company owner. I had called with questions about my recent bill (the fourth time in 2 months they’ve needed to come out). The receptionist took notes and Bill called me back. I didn’t get a single word in beside “hello” and Bill went off on me. He told me that he would just lose me as a customer before we would back down on the invoice. He didn’t even listen to the questions I had. Ability Air did a great job installing my air conditioning unit. I was going out of town the day after my AC shut down and they were very quick to give me an estimate and take care of it, with my housesitter, while I was away. I have been using them for over 15 years and their service is always impeccable. Thank you so much!

Ability just left ! these three guys worked so hard today and alllll day ! the only time they stopped was when i surprised them with breakfast and that was very short ! kind,professional,courteous....and job well done ! i am now the proud owner of a Trane ! i am not new to Ability...they have helped me over the past 7 or 8 years keeping my other 27 year old Trane working,even when it was so tired...love this company,thank you so much
