Late afternoon flight out of Chicago. Service was efficient, if a bit no-nonsense, which suited us just fine after a long day. Boarding felt a little chaotic, but we got on. They got us where we needed to go without fuss.

Air Canada cargo is a joke. The forklift driver named Sparrow, was damaging the freight at 16:15 door 2 on the 06/28/25 , I went to the office asked to see the supervisor no one will talk to me, they refuse to hold their employees accountable for damaging the freight. And he was slowing down on purpose because I told him I had to go due to my DOT hours.
