We needed a MedEvac out of Cabo San Lucas back to the US. Myron (the owner) was great at communication and arranged for our transport. We paid over $35,000 upfront. After the insurance paid the allowed amount this company has refused to refund our money. This happened in December 2022. We have been working through our insurance company to rectify this situation.
