Showed up on a last-minute call with air-conditioning breaking unexpectedly. The technician was on time, very respectful of the house and went above and beyond and tuned up both units while he was there with Only One was requiring the service.

The technician who came out was super friendly and very respectful. When it turned out the issue was something bigger than he was prepared to do that day, he created a temporary fix so we could keep our AC on. SUPER grateful. When he came back out the next week, he completed the work and did his best to ensure all the pebbles we had placed in the area where he had to dig, were back in place and asked if we were satisfied with how it looked. That is a rare and MUCH appreciated extra step.
