I love the instructors they are so helpful and welcoming. If you are looking to build strength and flexibility while having lots of fun this is the place for you. So worth the money.

Thought I was buying a package of classes and was signed up for a membership not knowing. Only actually was able to attend 2 classes and was charged hundreds of dollars. Would still be a customer if they offered any assistance, but instead I was told that I should have read the agreement more closely. Their website is not mobile friendly so it's not surprising that someone would misread it. Really disappointed in the customer service.

Oh my gosh! I discovered this place in my neighborhood and they have a lovely community class open to all stages. Sana was my teacher for my first time and I’m definitely coming back. They give very approachable steps to getting adventurous in the hammock. Great for deep stretching and inversions. I have a rod in my back from scoliosis and was able to flow through.
