Candlelit stretch class was everything
I tried to take a class with them but they cancelled it 1 hour before via a vague text and then did not answer phone calls or refund.
Had my first aerial yoga class here and it was such a fun and unique experience! I felt an amazing full-body stretch throughout the class. The instructor was incredibly friendly, encouraging, and provided thoughtful hands-on adjustments that really helped me feel more confident with the poses. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to try something new!
My Favorite class! It instantly became like my addiction, to go upside down!
