Steve has been servicing our ac for 10 years plus and keeping it running until it was done. I always told him that when I needed a whole house system he would be the one that I call. He and his crew came today and installed a 17 seer 5-ton Ruud system. The workmanship and clean up was 5 stars. Price was fair. However, since it was installed there was a couple of service issues, and reaching Steve is impossible. He has another guy that takes calls and is not very responsive, or caring, at all. Steve has been with me over 10years with my AC repairs, Steve and his crew installed my new AC unit 5 years ago. They are honest not just out to make a buck off you. They take time to fully diagnose the issue. As the old saying goes there is more than one way to skin a cat. I h ave been pleased with the great customer service which is very important to me, and the overall quality of services they have rendered for me. Terrible customer service from Chantelle at Air 4 U Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. This should not be the case as my air conditioning unit is under warranty. Very disappointing.
How could you ask for anything more? Serious honesty from this company. I literally called them and they just told me how to fix my HVAC's AC issue (not a super simple fix either). Anything I need in the future, this is where I am going. I talked to Tom and he was super friendly and candid. I appreciate that so much. Definitely give these guys a call if you need anything, I know I will in the future ...
