Jay was out to my home today. He was awesome. Respectful clean and very professional. He diagnosed my problem with my ac. He was in and out of my house in 10 mins very fast fix. This company is very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone. Janet in the office was amazing and got me on the schedule right away. Will definitely be using them again.
BEWARE!!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! First American Home Warranty sent this company to look at furnace and a/c unit and the technician Jay was rude, impatient, argumentative, didn’t even want to look at the units. He just kept saying this is all pre-existing conditions and no one lives here. Haha… pre-existing conditions? What is that? No one lives here; no kidding the house is being remodeled.
