Absolutely disappointed in this company. One of our high-end expensive two year-old furnaces was not working properly. They came out needed to replace a part took weeks to get the part upon installing it. The guy left never checked the system and it did not work. Once again after waiting multiple weeks And paying another service charge, they sent out the owner who came out and said the control board is bad in a furnace is only a few years old. My home warranty company sent this contractor to my house, and it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I explained the issue and mentioned that I believed the system was unsafe due to visible corrosion and smoke smell in my house. The technician immediately gave me attitude and said he was only there to replace the blower…I asked him to please take a closer look because I was genuinely concerned about safety, and he snapped back that I was “telling him what to do.” They don’t replace systems. Technician showed up in a timely matter on his scheduled time and was very knowledgeable.He did what needed to be done and was very fast.He was pleasant to talk to and I recommend them highly.I give him a 10 out of 10
