My husband is/was a patient here. The lady who answers the phone is rude. Every time my husband calls, she is not nice. Today there was a misunderstanding about his two important appointments being canceled. He called a few times to get understanding as to why his appointments were canceled. Sometimes it takes a minute for my husband to comprehend things, so he kept calling for clarification. Regardless of his situation, as a professional, she needed to act professional.
