Rick Steele told my partner and I that we were too unstable to receive EMDR, which we were also not informed involved Ketamine at this practice. He required that we both be on psych meds after admitting ourselves to the hospital with no solid diagnosis applied to either of us, solely because his version of "trauma informed care" hates people who ACTUALLY have lifelong trauma to deal with. I came to Aion Trauma a suffering combat veteran and law enforcement officer who was on a long list of psych meds that were ruining my health. Rick seemed like one of the coolest guys I had ever met at our first appointment. Learning he was an imbedded journalist with the Marines during heavy combat was a huge bonus.
