I live here at Lakeview Park in Royersford, and the place is nice, we had full capacity when they came in. At present tenants are moving out at least 10 have moved to date. They have raised rent by $323.00 ABSOLUTELY REPREHENSIBLE. They are horrible; for the first two months we did not know who they were, couldn't get anyone on the phone and just sloppy business acumen. First, regarding the apartment itself, I was moved into a unit that I was never shown. During my initial tour, I was shown a specific layout and was told that the other available units were much smaller. I clearly stated that I was not interested in a smaller floor plan. However, on move-in day, I discovered that the apartment assigned to me was in fact the smaller layout I had previously declined. I wonder if they had permission to force us to use some Chinese app just to open our doors that most likely will be gathering information about us. Forced to use electronic locks meanwhile my kids are now locked out until we can set up codes for entry. A professional move would have been to ensure everything was working properly first. Since they took over, those of us grandfatherd in no longer have to option for a multi year lease, just accelerating the rent increase. Unprofessional staff. They lie about when maintenance will be at your house. HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the office staff thinks it a game and they laugh at your concerns.
I wish I could upload pictures because what we experienced was completely unacceptable. Aion Management, specifically Metropointe Apartments, has been one of the worst experiences I’ve seen. We went to sign a lease yesterday, and the unit was not move-in ready at all. It looked like someone had just been evicted and they attempted to lease it immediately without properly preparing the apartment.
