Been here 9 years and love it. Good neighborhood, great location, and close to the Max line. They take care of the property with both landscaping and repairs done in a timely manner.

I've been living here almost 13 years, and it's a wonderful place to live. It's close to public transit, it's quiet even though it's close to I-5, and it is well kept up. The on-site management is really helpful and friendly; things get fixed promptly when they need to be. I've had some good neighbors over the years, some of whom have become friends. We are a small community here where people help each other out, and we live in one of the most beautiful properties in Portland.

I have lived at these apartments for seven years. I am a senior with a fixed income. The property was built in the 40s. The resident manager/maintenance person, does an excellent job of keeping the units functioning and workable. As with all properties, the task of making sure all the residents are compliant is, I am sure, stressful. The on site manager is always composed never makes property management personal and he does whatever he can to keep a well maintained property and community.
