It's a great neighborhood don't get me wrong. Nice apartment but beware these townhomes are old, they have asbestos in the walls so you can't drill holes or any of that. I have to stick to thumbtacks and putty for stuff. My apartment has cracks inside of a closet and I told Maintenance and he did nothing about it. Said things were fine when I pointed it out. Been here 9 years and love it. Good neighborhood, great location, and close to the Max line. They take care of the property with both landscaping and repairs done in a timely manner.
I've been living here almost 13 years, and it's a wonderful place to live. It's close to public transit, it's quiet even though it's close to I-5, and it is well kept up. The on-site management is really helpful and friendly; things get fixed promptly when they need to be. I've had some good neighbors over the years, some of whom have become friends. We are a small community here where people help each other out, and we live in one of the most beautiful properties in Portland.
