After researching and seeing all the positive reviews we reached out to Ainsworth to schedule an appointment for an estimate. They came out ( Junior & Keith) they stated they were going to get the estimate completed and get back with us in a couple of days. THAT WAS A MONTH AGO!! The correspondence has been horrible ( basically non- existent) nothing but excuses and numerous different " stories" on what was causing such a delay on getting our estimate. I would like to compliment Ainsworth & Co for their professionalism, quick response and great pricing. The service technician, Logan, kept me informed through the entire process, he was very knowledgeable and courteous during the repair. He fixed the system and explained what the problem was and what caused it. I highly recommend their service.
