She is rude and insulting. Find someone else she is terrible.
Daphny Ainsley is an awful, unethical shrew of an human. I’m not sure why anyone thinks she’s an expert on parent alienation or custody disputes, especially the Travis County judges. She will take your side in a custody dispute if you pay her enough or your attorney is more well-known and can advance her position in the judicial system. Consistent experience as other posters report.
She’s awful, unethical, and also no longer in Texas or the country. I’m not sure why anyone listens to her especially the Travis County judges. She will take your side in a custody dispute if you pay her enough. Fortunately, the judge I had saw through her, but I know others who aren’t as lucky.
