Edit: The rep from the local warehouse is legit, and solved my problem stated below. Change to 3 stars. Original: Their customer service is by far the worst I've seen. I received one and the wifi antenna was missing. Ok, no big deal. Spoke to the customer service. They DIDN'T REPLY in 2 days. And instead of sending the replacement, they only offered return the unit. I'm not gonna tear down the half-finished device for a fking wifi antenna. There are plenty of alternatives with better custorser service. Go for those, and stay... read more
