Dr Tan comes across as a capable doctor, but unfortunately she is very rude. I will have to find a new doctor for my treatment. She should understand that not every patient they meet has a scientific background like a doctor: that's the reason why people go to doctors. Belittling a patient & conducting an arrogant and rude tone when around patients spending money to have severe problems fixed by a doctor is not appropriate. Bedside manner is important to build trust w/ patients, or you lose them
