We had such a wonderful experience at Aina Haina Veterinary. We brought in both of our senior cats and were genuinely impressed by how thorough, considerate, and loving the entire team was. We never felt rushed, which is so important, especially with older pets who need extra care and attention. When the lab results came in, the doctor personally called me and spent about 30 minutes on the phone walking through everything in detail. Fantastic facility with amazing people. Dr. Sakamoto took the time to thoroughly answer every single one of my questions.
Always a great experience with the staff and Dr. Sakamoto. They were able see my dog last minute in their busy schedule and diagnosed the problem fast. Definitely would recommend.
Unfortunately, the prescription provided by my veterinarian Dr. Kristin Lee was missing critical information, which caused a delay in filling an urgently needed medication for my pet. This was frustrating and concerning.
