At first my experience was a positive one. I felt seen and heard. I was given a referral for an x-ray and lab work at two different facilities which I completed within 24 hours. As a resident of Elk Grove, I feel it is important to share my honest experience so that other patients can make informed decisions. Unfortunately, our visit to this medical center was very disappointing. We experienced concerns both regarding the quality of medical care and the professionalism of the reception staff.
