My elderly father had a hand injury that needed immediate attention but not necessarily a visit to the ER. A visit to AIMs Urgent Care was exactly what he needed and was very convenient. The entire staff were wonderful and Ivan, the NP, was amazing. His concern and attention to my elderly father's injury helped my dad immensely. Thank you so much.
Our visit was quick and easy. Precheck was pretty easy as well.
I accompanied my brother to the clinic today because he had been unable to hear out of his left ear for the past 6 weeks. He had been in a great deal of discomfort since the onset and was fearful about the prognosis. I finally convinced him to have an examination. The visit could not have gone any smoother. Horrible appointment scheduling process they don’t honor so you end up waiting 2 more hours anyways so it defeats the purpose of having such system.. not so friendly staff I thought the object was to help people not seem bothered when someone walks in the building to get help from you
Very friendly staff! Very fast service! Rajdeep, Mariela, Salena, and Amber!!! Best group of people!
