I highly recommend Aimee Payne as a real estate professional. Aimee recently represented us in the sale of our Kansas City home. The process proved slightly more challenging by the COVID-19 pandemic striking at the same time we listed our home. Despite the pandemic, we sold our home in 8 days. From the onset, Aimee was professional, helpful and understanding. She provided great advice for the projects to complete prior to listing, vendors to use, and continued to advise us until the closing. We had a great experience.

Dropped a sale 12 days out of closing for a higher backup offer. I would absolutely NOT recommend using this agent and hopefully she does not have your dream house listed. She has cost us thousands of dollars.... all for a little extra commission and extra money for her seller (her sister). This is a perfect example of how GREED can ruin someone's reputation.
