I contacted Amy in April to update a child support order, transfer it from King County to Snohomish, and enforce missing payments. I'm insured through MetLife. During the initial call, I was pleased. Amy seemed direct and knew what was required to update the existing order. I sent in all required paperwork and didn't hear back for over a month.
