From start to finish, this was a very good experience. Dr. Leonard and her staff are courteous, helpful and caring. They take the time to answer each and every question, and Dr. Leonard's demeanor is very soothing. Her skills as a surgeon are wonderful. My scar looks great and I have no doubt that it will disappear before long. I know this after seeing her finished product on a friend of mine. Thank you to her and her staff. I will not hesitate to recommend her.
She was very friendly and made me feel at ease. at one point there was a song on the radio i said i liked. she turned it up so i could listen to it better. the only time i was nervous was when i was about to get stitches. she made me very calm. what could have been a very scary procedure turned out to be pleasant. didn't hurt a bit. just made my day so much less stressful. question about waiting time i must explain. there were five of us for surgery so i did have to wait. i understand
Dr. Leonard has performed many MOHS procedures on me from the day she arrived in Springfield, MA. Dr. Leonard is able to create a personal connection with each patient that calms any concerns one may have. Best of all, Dr. Leonard's "sewing skills" are so wonderful that healing will soon leave one with no scars to showoff! I am thankful that there is a Dr. Leonard!
Dr. Leonard has performed multiple procedures on me with outstanding results. She and her staff have always demonstrated the very best in skills, competencies and a caring attitude towards me as a patient and individual. I have, and will continue to, recommend Dr. Leonard to my family and friends.

Every surgery is pretty frightening, but I was immediately put at ease. The Dr. and her staff were amazing. I will barely have a scar and she was able to remove all the cancer . I am very grateful ????
