Terrible Customer Service and Poor Equipment!! TERRIBLE Customer Service and POOR equipment! I had purchased a Groupon for Vela Shape. First, I would highly recommend you PASS on this groupon as the machine used at Aimee is sub-par and not even close to what is currently being used for this type of service. I have had similar service done at American Laser where they actually use the VelaShape machine - it heats up while using suction to burn fat and they do a temperature read on your skin. WORLD CLASS SALON I must say, this was one of the best experiences I had in any business establishment. For starters, the place is immaculate. The staff treats new comers as if they had been coming there for years. The atmosphere is fun and friendly yet very professional, they accommodate to ALL needs. The prices are great, the appointment booking is flexible. They spacious salon offers various types of services. I walked out feeling brand new. Aimee??s salon is like a mini-vacation!

Finally found a true Stylist ..Ryan is the Maaaan !!! Great Job! Lazar cut my hair and Simona styled it (blow-out). They both did a great job. I was treated well, the visit was quick (they took me as soon as I walked in the door for my appointment.) and the price was very reasonable. I was expecting to pay a lot more since they're located on Austin Street right in the heart of Forest Hills. I'll definitely go back again & would highly recommend this salon.
ASK FOR MAZAL!!! If you need you hair done make sure you get it done by MAZAL! She is truly amaizng and is very talented! I recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is truly the best hairstylist ever!
