Wonderful experience!!!! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone with possible insulation issues. I appreciate so much everything John did and for him listening and talking through all of my concerns with me. Not only did he inspect our attic insulation, but also thoroughly inspected our walls and windows.
AIM Higher Home Inspections is THE BEST home inspection company! They are very detail oriented, and tell you how it is. When purchasing something as important as a home, I would not trust any other company to inspect it, because I know they will tell me the truth. Very honest company!!

John Shelton responded quickly to our call after Hurricane Michael. He was considerate and compassionate throughout the entire process. He was very thorough with his inspection of our home, air quality testing and water damage evaluation. He genuinely cares about the people in our community! His helper Max was a respectful, knowledgeable young man. I would highly recommend his service.
