Good customer service
I’ve been a patient at this practice since 2018. Have had nothing but the best care! I’ve never had to wait an inordinate amount of time. Have seen Dr. Attmore and NP Nicole Claunch who are no longer there. I now see Netsanet Tefera, NP and absolutely love her! She’s very thorough and listens to my input and concerns.
My doctor was fantastic and staff while you're there are kind and helpful. Unfortunately I cant rate 5 stars because if you all close enough to their closing time they will outright just hang up. Has happened more than once. If pretty clear when you can hear them pick the phone up and press it back down on the receiver.
