My doctor was fantastic and staff while you're there are kind and helpful. Unfortunately I cant rate 5 stars because if you all close enough to their closing time they will outright just hang up. Has happened more than once. If pretty clear when you can hear them pick the phone up and press it back down on the receiver.

The staff were very rude during my last visit. I had to do labs and it took the worker 4 times to stick me. It should not have been that tough. I would think people in this line of work would be more compassionate but that is not the case here. I do not recommend.

Dr Paul Anthony is thorough and all of the staff has excellent customer service from the top down. My husband and I have been patients for over 15 years and when he passed in January I received a hand written note from Dr Anthony with sincere sympathy and compassion.

If you're a senior and need a really good primary care doctor and clinic, look no more cause this is the place!! I've dealt with this place for more than 15 years now. First with my mother medical needs, then when I was in need myself I figured heck they took such good care of my mother, there's no reason to think that they wouldn't do the same for me. And I haven't regretted my choice for one second. The staff at Texas Health Adult Care truly cares about their patients wellbeing100%!! And they know how to listen to them too... read more

My experience with ths clinic has been very good. I have had no problems with getting them on the phone, and have always been able to get an appointment with the NP. My only criticism is that after 4 or 5 months with this practice I have still not my PCP. I have only seen the NP. However, I have not had any emergencies, just routine visits. I do like the NP, though.
