I just had the same problem. $89 was taken out of my bank account without my knowledge. I was told it was for one months fee and service charges for the year. What a bunch of bull. I haven't been to that gym in 7 month. My contract is dated 12/14. During the takeover if everyone remembers correctly, most of the time there was no toilet paper, paper towels, had soap, air condition, machines were breaking down and the tv's didn't work. Due to an error with their auto-debit system, they had problems with payments being deducted out, when the "system caught up" to the payments this business, and I use the term lightly because I can't see any business treating people as poorly as Kathy the owner seems to, deducted more than the pre-arranged amount stated on the contract. When I called to discuss this with the Operations Manager, he was very polite and attentive and stated he would look into it and I should receive a call back the next day.
