Easy to schedule an appointment. Recently relocated to MI and purchased our first home within the past year. Needed help understanding and filing our taxes. Found AIM online. Everything seemed to go quick and smoothly, however there was little communication throughout the process other than confirming basic details. I leave 3 stars because I sent a follow up question by email, in addition to voicemail by phone, and received no response.
