I called this company to get an estimate for some carpet cleaning. Several hours later I received a vague text from someone from the company without acknowledging who he was and what business he was with. After a lengthy unprofessional text conversation where I explained over and over that my 30 year old carpet was beginning to have odors from years of use and I just wanted fresh smelling carpet, he said he “hoped it wasn’t the case that I hadn’t taken care of my carpet for 30 years”. Robert was prompt, professional and very detailed in his work. Carpets look amazing. He is coming back next week to clean my mom’s carpet. Having him back this fall to take care of my wood floors. Highly recommend!
