Fernanda came out with a miniature bowl or bleach for my highlights. I immediately thought… why is that bowl so small? Well, when I got home and looked at the receipt, she charged me an additional $25 for extra bleach since she had to refill the bowl three times. Mind you… I have chin length hair.
