When I arrived for a basic waxing service, they told me one price. Then when I went to pay for it, they charged me $10 more than the agreed upon price (I was very clear that as long as the cost of the service was $30, that would be fine). In addition, I had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen when there were only three other customers in the salon (it was not a busy day). They have a very big salon.It is very appealing to the eye. It is very sanitized. They always welcome you with a smile on their face. They are very friendly. I have been going to them for 13 years and I have never been dissapointed. They are very great in what they do. They do everything and you do not have to stop at different places to get your beauty needs done. I am very satisfied and plan to go to them for quite a long time.
