I wish that reviews had existed when I decided to give Aila Health a try. I truly would never ever use this health company again. While the doctor (who can only see virtual patients) was acceptable, the admin of this company scares me and continues to be an active concern today. They accidentally charged me $399 instead of a $35 copay. The $35 copay was only charged in December for my August appointment (5 months late) because their admin is in such disarray.
