Fantastic experience! They communicated regularly throughout the process. Showed up on time and finished the work when they said they would. The install team was professional and did great work. They handled everything with the city and SoCal to get the system permitted and running in time to still claim the solar tax credit.
Exceptional in every way. Got REC 460W solar panels w Enphase micro inverters and Tesla powerwall 3. Harina, the principal engineer was amazing. Super responsive. She was so instrumental in patiently answering after hours the multiple questions of the HOA board during review. Permit process was quick. This review is long overdue, but I want to sincerely thank Harina and the entire Aikyum Solar & Roofing team for making this project such a smooth and speedy experience--truly record-breaking at just 4 months from start to finish! We first reached out to Harina in early April 2022, and by the end of July, we already had full PTO. I strongly recommend Aikyum Solar. As other reviewers have mentioned, there was no sales pitch. Harina took the time to understand our electricity needs, both current and future and designed an system accordingly. The entire process was extremely smooth. The team helped with the HOA approval, coordinated with the city of Irvine and SCE. We began the process June 17th and received our permission to operate on August 20th. With the panels and the battery, we are essentially off the grid. Thank you Aikyum.
