The front office staff is so rude and unhelpful . I tried calling to request medical records and they stated they no longer have them. (I understand that medical al records can be discarded after 8 years.) The lady on the phone refused to give me their office fax number and was a completely disrespectful on the phone. Dr. Aikin isn’t a bad doctor, but his front desk staff are rude, disorganized, unprofessional, and are unable (or unwilling) to find medical records. Our family went to this office for many years and the wait times were atrocious, but we hung in there because we did like the doctor. When we moved out east, we changed doctors. My son recently tried to get his medical records, as did his new medical office. They were told there were no records and the woman at the front desk was extremely rude, even to the medical office. Loved Dr. Aikin but he left the practice in good hands. Just had an appointment.. Very thorough and friendly group. Receptionist is awesome. Nurse and Doctors all very pleasant to speak with.
Not at all recommended. Please look for some other place for care.
This was one of the best primary care doctors I've ever experienced before the new owner took over. Dr. Brian Aikin was professional, courteous, had back and forth with his patients and never let politics guide his practice. Now the practice is the exact opposite, the new owner refused to uphold her Hippocratic Oath and denied me treatment, for an upper respiratory viral infection, until I received the politically motivated covid-19 test.
