Dr. Charles Groover is the personification of the complete doctor. His caring of any of the animals brought to him is as if they were his own. The day has no AM or PM whenever your pet needs constant monitoring. He's contacted me late in the day or early in the morning explaining how my pet was. His remedies have addressed all my dogs illnesses without fail. I can never thank him enough for his personalized work.
I'm so glad to finally find a vet were Doctor spends time with the concern and care of my hybrid and exotic cats! Dr groover is such a great veterinarian and staff super freindly and professional! I drove all the way from Irmo sc and worth the drive . I have had issues with all the vets here in Columbia not spending time or seeming to remotely caring to help guide me for what's best with the care of my cats especially when it comes to hybrid cats and exotics ! Thank you all �
We recently changed vets and were apprehensive but optimistic about going to this clinic. Dr. Groover and his tech Stephanie were so sweet and caring and actually took the time out of their busy day (and full waiting room) to answer any and all questions and eased our minds with comprehensive answers!
Everyone at the clinic is wonderful to work with. And, you can count on them in an emergency.
Sweetest staff by far! Dr. Grover is wonderful! Our puppy was worked in the schedule for an emergency and we were taken back immediately! Highly recommend this team!!
