Dr. Groover and the staff at AVC were so kind and supportive when my dog had a rare illness other vets just dismissed. Without the care she received at AVC I'm sure she wouldn't have been diagnosed and she wouldn't have made it. She is healthy and doing better than ever that's to the amazing staff at AVC. Their kennel is pretty great too!
We have taken all our pets to Dr. Groover since we moved to Aiken 11 years ago. The service is always phenomenal. The entire staff from the front office, the vet techs, and the vets themselves are so compassionate which is a must in my opinion. Truly a first class operation. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!
Shout out to Aiken Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Groover and Dr. Barber are the absolute best. The care, compassion and patience they showed me today was top notch. Taking excellent care of my River and even this crazy teary doggie mom. You and your team rock!!!
All of the staff and doctors here are AMAZING!!! They all treat my fur babies excellent!! Highly recommend then to anyone with new or old animals and especially if you are new to the area, best place to go to in SC!!!
We have been with Aiken Vet Clinic since 1979. They have been the best! Through the years we have had so many animals find our farm...and Dr. Charlie and team have cared for them all. Even when it was time for the animals to move on...they handled it professionaly, but consoled us as family.♡

Just moved back home to SC and I have 3 cats and 4 dogs. Establishing a caring vet is hard, especially when furry kids are your life. (Don't have 2 leggeds) We adopted a 7.5 month old tortoise shell kitty from the Aiken County Animal Shelter a week and a half ago. She came home with the crud and I made an appt. to get her in.
