My senior father goes here and sees Christine Bowie. She is wonderful. She is patient and thorough whenever we visit. Many times, she has gone above and beyond to help me advocate for my dad with his memory care facility. She always carefully reviews his medications with us and suggests improvements. It's been wonderful feeling like a health care provider really cares and goes out of her way to help. My dad likes her and is always happy to visit. Mrs. Scrivener has provided therapy for me and my children for 5 years. Her endurance and determination has proven successful time after time… I’ve been in therapy most of my life… I haven’t been more satisfied with the level of care I receive. If you are looking for help, look no further.
TERRIBLE. If you’re considering this practice find someone else immediately. They NEVER answer the phone. And I mean absolutely never have I called and they answered the phone. They promote telehealth appts but the app they use is NOT in any way shape or form user friendly. Again, if you’re considering this practice for the betterment of your mental health I’d consider a different one because the rage you will feel over the lack of communication will make your mental health worse.
Dr. Evans is amazing. She is the best doctor i have ever had. Front desk is hard to reach, much better to use the app.
The front reception people are awful. You can never reach them via phone. I asked to file a complaint with the manager and she gave me the run around. HOW CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT ABOUT FRONT STAFF IF THEY WONT ALLOW ME TO.
