Freddy came out yesterday and did a wonderful job explaining the termite traps. As an owner of a newly constructed home ( one year old) I was not to happy to see termites in two traps. He explained the colony would be dying and that Aiken would check this area especially well next year as notes on the traps are carefully maintained and our contract would cover all damage if by chance it was to occur.
Steven F and Adam did a great job informing us about our contract and did a thorough job applying their products - I would like them to each receive the $5.00 gift certificate! Charles Hayes
Cecil is always prompt and professional. Wears a COVID mask and booties. He seems very thorough with both inside and outside treatments and is a very pleasant and personable fellow.
