My long time dermatologist in Lexington retired a few years ago. I've been wandering around in the dark since. Tried a couple of Doctors in Columbia, also the one that replaced my old dermatologist in Lexington and then this new gal in Lexington over near main. None of them met my expectations. Then a couple of buddies recommended I drive to Aiken and give Dr. Fitch a try and boys, I'm glad that I did. Dr. Fitch is caring and concerned about her patients. Taking the best course to help improve self esteem and confidence. Her no nonsense approach and straight talk dealing with an adolescent young man was well received and respected by my son. She treated not only his complexion, but him as a person by not dismissing him only to talk to his parents. She included him in the decisions about his care and made him accountable to follow the regimine. I highly recommend Aiken Dermatology.

Even though I haven't seen her in years Dr. Fitch impacted my life more so than the physicians at Duke , Vanderbilt, Mayo as well as Emory. Aiken you have the best in your back yard!
