Unbelievably rude customer service. The guy who answered picked up the phone with "yeah?". Seriously?? I called them at 5:30 p.m. and their website says they close at 6:00. However, the guy said no one's available to help you or to talk to you right now, all the guys went home at 430. I said I'm calling because your Google listing says you're open. He tells me they're too busy to help me (A single mom) due to a festival in town (there's not) and HANGS UP ON ME. I will never use them or recommend them the way they treated me.... read more
