My daughter has been working with Leland at Aiga since last August. She is a competitive swimmer that swims year round so strength and conditioning/injury prevention are so important. She loves it! She previously had worked out at Tidewater Performance, now Pivot and then did dry land weight training with her team. Leland Solomona is knowledgeable and coaches his athletes to reach their highest potential in a safe, supportive environment. He devotes a great deal of time getting to know his athletes as individuals, celebrating their successes and mentoring through their challenges.
Hands down the best experience. Leland is very hands on and gives the why behind every workout. It is rare to see a trainer as passionate and knowledgeable as he is. Funny when your kid starts explaining what part of the body a specific workout is improving in detail as if he's the trainer. Very structured and family oriented atmosphere.
Leland's attention to detail of each athlete is immeasurable. His knowledge is unmatched by any other trainer we have encountered. He gets results!
Excellent program. Leland knows what he is talking about and caters to each persons needs.
Coach Leland will help all of his athletes reach their goals. Prepare to grind and put in the work. It's not just a workout, its a relationship and very educational. We love you coach!
